Terms and conditions

All entries should be marked with the competition/promotion name and sent to the department indicated in the competition copy at South Wales Argus, Cardiff Road, Newport, NP20 3QN.

The winners will be the first correct entry/ies drawn, or judged to be the winner/s, after the closing date.

Where it has been possible to contact all the winners their names will be published in the South Wales Argus on the first Tuesday after the closing date.

Where it it has not been possible to contact all the winners publication will be delayed until the following Tuesday.

The prizes are as described above and there is no cash alternative.

The editor's decision is final in matters of dispute and no correspondence will be entered into.

Torn, defaced or illegible entries will not be accepted.

The prizes offered are the sole responsibility of the companies taking part with the exclusion of Newsquest Wales and Gloucs.

Where Newsquest Wales and Gloucestershire offers prizes on behalf of an associated company or companies, Newsquest Wales and Gloucestershire cannot be held responsible for any failure to provide prizes as specified and all inquiries in reference to such prizes will be referred to associated companies.

Where entry is via the web site, a free phone entry line, or by post, no purchase is necessary and the winner/s may be drawn out of a hat after the closing date.

Where in-paper vouchers need to be collected with an entry form and no payment is required other than the price of the paper/s the winner/s may be drawn after the closing date.

Where readers are required to enter via a premium rate telephone line, they are required to pay a handling fee which is above normal postage costs or they are required to make another additional purchase as a condition of entry, participants will be required to exercise skill or judgement to enter.

That is, that the entry mechanism ' must prevent a significant proportion of people who wish to participate from doing so, or prevent a significant proportion of people who do enter from winning a prize.' ( Gambling Act 2005 )
