Hobgoblins take to the stage

NEWPORT’S Le Pub hosts a gig tomorrow night featuring local punk band Hobgoblin among the acts.
Formed in Newport in 1995, Hobgoblin are said to be a composite of punk rock and undecipherable lyrics.
They will be joined by Flight Of Phoenix, who, over the past few months, have clocked up some miles on the road, enjoyed radio time and played to crowds of up to 400 strong.
And then there’s Cooked Breakfast, a three-piece garage rock band from Newport who have cut their teeth playing their raw and gritty music all over the pubs and clubs of south Wales.
